ARRT Cost Estimation
Welcome to ARRT Cost Estimation, a tool that guides cost estimators of all experience levels through the process of estimating costs of services defined in a Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tool allows you to create a PWS or import one from an ARRT Requirements Definition file.
The tool contains a Cost Estimate Sheet that displays the total costs you have estimated for each Cost Type (ie Labor, Travel, etc.). Work Products that summarize the data contained in an Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) can be exported to Microsoft Word and Excel. The process used by ARRT-CE closely follows that found in the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) Handbook for Services Acquisition.
The ARRT Cost Estimation contains user guidance throughout the tool, making it easy to use while producing usable products. In addition, SAM is an added resource for help on the ARRT Suite. You are encouraged to watch the training videos prior to starting work in this tool. If you need additional assistance while working in the ARRT Cost Estimation, please refer to the help guide.
