A: DAU's Identity Management system contains self-service recovery options on the login screen. Simply access https://identity.dau.mil/ and locate the Forgot "Username" or "Password" links below the login fields.
Note: If you have not previously established your profile security questions, you will not be able to complete the self-service recovery options and will need to contact the DAU Help Desk.
A: You will need to update your DAU profile to reflect your current email address. This can be accomplished through the course registration process. Please see our Student Profile Guidance for more details.
A: By adding your mobile number to your DAU profile, the system can send you a password code via text message if your password expires. To associate your mobile number, please log into https://identity.dau.mil/. From the main menu, please expand "Self Service" and select "Actions." On the right side of the page, please select the button to "Edit Your Profile Information" and choose the "Contact Information" tab at the top of the page.
