Clearing Browser Cache
Clearing your Internet browser's cache (temporary Internet files, cookies, and browsing history) is an important troubleshooting step in overcoming login and website navigational incidents. By completing this step, you ensure that your Internet browser is obtaining the latest content from the web server vs. potentially loading locally stored data from a previous session.
Please select your Internet browser for step-by-step instructions:
• Internet Explorer
• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
NOTE: DAU's online learning environment does not currently support mobile device platforms or the Safari and Microsoft Edge browsers.
Mac users are encouraged to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access DAU training.
Windows 10 users should ensure they are opening Internet Explorer 11 from their Windows Start menu instead of using the default Microsoft Edge browser.
