If it was deleted, is there still a need to continue to do the report?

Q: Are there any guidelines regarding the average cost of an Earned Value Management system implementation? Ie, based on contract size can one expect to spend XX$ for a full-blown system, including all installation, maintenance, etc?
A: There is not a Government standard or average cost for the development, validation, acceptance, and implementation of an EVM system. If this question pertains to a specific contract, I recommend that you contact the cognizant Government contracting officer for further guidance.

Q: Even though the FAR and DFARS requires Earned Value Management reporting procedures for Cost Type CLINS over $20 million, if the contracting agency believes that these procedures are not needed due to the type of work, can you remove the EVM procedures and if so do you need a Waiver?

Q: Is the Erned Value Management System applicalbe to a Small Business Se-Aside Contract for Maintenance of Government-Owned Facilities and Equipment (Power House, dams, rivers, parks and recreational areas)? FAR PART 234.203 is applicalbe to Systems acquisition.
