Group Consensus Problem Solving

DAU provides over 100 consulting efforts each year focusing on specific problems our customers face in their organizations. From developing program metrics measuring a Program Manager's probability of program success, to creating a process for technology assessment and transition management, to supporting studies and analyses, DAU's seasoned faculty is ready and available to provide ongoing support to our students and their organizations. Our consulting support services are provided to DoD and civilian agencies to help them resolve acquisition-related problems. Services include, but are not limited to:

DAU can also provide your organization with use of our state-of-the-art Group Consensus Problem Solving Facilitation Services. The Center is located at our Capital and Northeast Region Campus at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
The Group Consensus Problem Solving Center is equipped with software and hardware to handle your agency, program and group collaborative projects and requirements. Group Consensus Problem Solving is frequently utilized by DoD and civilian agencies for strategic planning, team building, brainstorming and other facilitated interventions. Trained facilitators are available to help you plan and implement your organization's Group Consensus Problem Solving mission assistance requirements. Reservations for the Group Consensus Problem Solving and Facilitation Services should be made well in advance of your organization's planned offsite.
Other facilitation services can be provided at your location or other DAU campuses utilizing portable computers and software. |
