Thomas W. Steinberg is the Director, Naval Financial Management Career Center, Pensacola, Florida. From January 1991 until April 1997 he was the Deputy Director. From 1981 through December 1990 he was with the former Navy Accounting and Finance Center, Washington, D.C. He began his federal civil service career in 1975 as an education specialist with the Army Continuing Education System, Ft. Stewart, GA. He earned his BA degree at Canisius College, Buffalo, NY and his MSEd at the State University College at Buffalo. Additionally, he completed graduate work in public administration at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA and completed the U.S. Office of Personnel Management Executive Potential Program in 1994.
