Currently serves as an Acquisition Oversight Action Officer and Team Leader for the DoD Deputy CIO Investment and Acquisition Directorate. 30 years of government service, 26 years with the Department of Navy and the past 4 with DoD Deputy CIO. Over the last year has been involved in the Clinger-Cohen implementation and the certification process to Congress for major IT systems. Developed the 1st Clinger-Cohen certification report sent to Congress and has been involved in 3 other certification reports. Also, currently involved with the service CIOs on Clinger-Cohen certification review process. During 26 year Navy government service, involved in Supply and Logistics for Naval Electronics and Aviation, Aircraft POM support development, SECNAV Automation Support, Computer development in a fee for service environment and Business Reengineering support for DoD.
